		<description>I know that you can call your credit card company and ask for a lower APR if you have had a credit card for at least one year, are not maxed out or close to your credit limit, and make your payments on time. Otherwise, asking for APR reduction is just like asking your boss to raise your salary because you are a nice person.</description>
