sad faceSometimes people get a little out of control with their credit card debt; or have issues keeping up with payments due to unemployment, injury or illness.  When you finally get back on your feet again, chances are you hurt your credit to the point that new creditors won’t issue you credit because of your previous history of late payments.

What you need to do is start re-building your credit score- and the only way to do that is to get some sort of credit from someplace (if you don’t already have credit- and if you do just keep making those payments on time and pay them off as quickly as you can to improve your overall score!)

For people who just can’t seem to get a credit card and have limited options for re-building their credit, there are cards designed to help you.  They are for people with credit scores in the low range, and report to the credit bureaus whenever you make payments so that it helps establish a new payment history.

If you need one of these credit cards, here are a few that you can compare and apply- most offer credit cards without credit checks and will help you get back on your feet and improve your credit score:

As with all credit cards- some of these cards offer better benefits than others so it pays to take your time and compare the options.  You’ll find cards with no annual fees and cards with very expensive annual fees- so be sure you know what you are applying for. You’re looking to rebuild a strong credit, not hurt it even more!
